Michelle is a director of a private investment company, and has more than 30 years financial services experience, including 10 years as Chief Investment Officer of Ivany Investment Group. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia, is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and also a qualified Chartered Accountant. She currently chairs Impact Asset Management and the Investment Committee of Impact Investment Group, is a member of Quintessential Equities’ Advisory Board, advises HNW families and works for a number of philanthropic organisations. Michelle is currently a member of Global Citizen’s Policy Advisory Board in New York, and until recently was a Director of So They Can, an African NGO. She has previously served on a number of NSW Jewish Communal Appeal boards.
Glenn Wein is principal of Wentworth Capital Group. Most recently Glenn was Head of Private Equity at Consolidated Press Holdings Limited and CEO of Arctic Capital Limited. Prior to CPH Glenn was a Managing Director of Rothschild Australia and Head of Principal Investments. Glenn’s prior career was with Morgan Stanley’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group in both New York and Menlo Park.
Glenn graduated with an MBA from Columbia Business School and holds both a Bachelor of Laws (honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Dr Royal is founder and principal of Sans Group Capital a private investment management company. She is an advisory board/committee member to several private equity start – up companies across a diversified range of industry sectors. Previously Dr Royal provided advisory and research services that evaluated publicly listed companies through Human Capital analysis and its links to corporate performance to the domestic and international investment management and investment banking financial services industry across global equity markets. Prior to her consulting and academic roles, she held senior line human capital and organizational change positions in the manufacturing and retail sectors.

Craig is the Co-CEO and Founder of Blue River Group, an impact investment services firm. Prior to establishing Blue River Group in 2015, Craig spent 25 years in the finance sector, 22 of which were at the investment bank Macquarie Group. He was the Global Group Treasurer & Executive Director at Macquarie prior to retiring from banking in 2012. Craig has been an active member of the Jewish community having previously served as Treasurer of Emanuel Synagogue and was also a member of the JCA Investment Committee.
Until recently, Ben was Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at GFG Alliance, a global alliance of companies operating in the steel, energy and mining sectors. Prior to this Ben held a number of senior executive roles in ASX listed energy and infrastructure, and has served on a number of investment and joint venture boards.
Ben holds degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of Auckland and was previously admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor and a Chartered Accountant in New Zealand.
