Michelle Goldstone

Michelle Goldstone a director of a private investment company. She has a background in corporate finance and banking. From 2007 to 2016 Michelle was Chief Investment Officer of Ivany Investment Group. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and also a qualified Chartered Accountant. Michelle is a member of the Investment Committee of Impact Investment Group and works for a number of philanthropic organisations. She is currently a Director of So They Can, an African NGO, has previously served on a number of NSW Jewish Communal Appeal boards, and also spent many years as a “big sister” in the Big Brother Big Sister program. Michelle is also an active member of the Young Presidents  Organisation.

Glenn Wein

Glenn Wein is principal of Wentworth Capital Group. Most recently Glenn was Head of Private Equity at Consolidated Press Holdings Limited and CEO of Arctic Capital Limited. Prior to CPH Glenn was a Managing Director of Rothschild Australia and Head of Principal Investments. Glenn’s prior career was with Morgan Stanley’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group in both New York and Menlo Park.

Glenn graduated with an MBA from Columbia Business School and holds both a Bachelor of Laws (honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Dr Carol Royal

Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors,
Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute
Previous past Director of the Masters of Technology Management/Academic School of Management ,
UNSW Business School/AGSM, University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.

Dr Royal’s consultancy and research evaluates publicly listed companies through Human Capital analysis and its links to corporate performance and she provides advisory/research services to Investment Management, Investment Banking and Stockbroking industries in the International Equity Markets (UK, USA, Australia) on Human Capital Intangibles, Management Quality. Prior to her consulting and academic roles, she held senior line human resource management positions with the manufacturing and retail sectors.

Craig Shapiro

Craig is the Co-CEO and Founder of Blue River Group, an impact investment services firm. Prior to establishing Blue River Group in 2015, Craig spent 25 years in the finance sector, 22 of which were at the investment bank Macquarie Group. He was the Global Group Treasurer & Executive Director at Macquarie prior to retiring from banking in 2012. Craig has been an active member of the Jewish community having previously served as Treasurer of Emanuel Synagogue and was also a member of the JCA Investment Committee.

Craig currently sits on the board of Microequities Pty Ltd and is the Treasurer of The Sydney Institute.

Ben Bolot

Until recently, Ben Bolot was Chief Investment Officer of Spark Infrastructure, a leading energy infrastructure owner listed on the ASX. Prior to this Ben was General Manager, Strategy, Sustainability, Regulation and International Development as well as Chief Risk Officer at Origin Energy Limited. Ben holds degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of Auckland and was admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor and a Chartered Accountant in New Zealand.

Ben grew up in New Zealand where a small Jewish community relies heavily on the goodwill and efforts of volunteers. His parents and grandparents were very actively involved in all aspects of Jewish life in Auckland so growing up he was always aware of the need for individuals to play their part in looking after the wider community. Most recently Ben and his wife have worked with United Israel Appeal to introduce a new division aimed at engaging the younger generation and their kids.
