We all benefit from a holistic approach to life. Our aged services team aim to support your social, emotional, physical and cultural needs in the comfort of your own home.
Private or government funded, our professional care staff support and enable you to live well at home.
We specialise in complex case management and clinical care suitable for those on Level 3 and 4 home care packages or requiring greater support to live independently.
We also provide special services catering for Holocaust Survivors including assisting with restitution payments from the Claims Conference.
We are an accredited provider of Consumer Directed Care packages.
- Only experienced and qualified staff are engaged to support you at home.
- Our staff receive regular training, supervision, and personal development opportunities.
- We work close and collaboratively with you and your family to ensure you can live as independently as possible.
- Case managers maintain regular contact including personal home visits when possible.
- Many staff speak Russian and Hebrew. Our staff are sensitive to your cultural and traditional needs and values.

Financial support is available in exceptional cases
Helping you by keeping our fees lower
With low administration and case management fees, we don’t charge a package establishment fee, discard fee or basic daily fee.
Your package can therefore be optimised to use services you need such as
Personal care including showering/dressing
Domestic assistance including cooking, cleaning, light housework, and gardening
Shopping
Meal and food preparation
Allied Health services including physiotherapy and hydrotherapy
Occupational Therapist and Registered Nurses
Devices, OT aids and equipment to make you safer and more comfortable at home
Transport services such as assistance to attend medical appointments
Our staff have extensive knowledge of the needs of older people in the Jewish community and a unique understanding of how to best support Holocaust Survivors
